We demolished the old drywall partition and bricked it up with a new sliding door. We plastered the walls, primed and painted the final coat on the walls. We also replaced the cornicing and reinstalled the skirting. To finish the project off we put a beautiful pine deck platform with a staircase coming down into the backyard. We completed this project in 3 weeks.

We demolished the original wooden Wendy house because Wood Borer had contaminated the wood. In the same process, creating more space for the vegetable garden. We had to get the ground levels even in order to install the concrete base and greenhouse. Next the concrete platform was casted for the new tool shed and we assembled the new tool shed. This project to us 8 days to complete.

This was a rustic looking braai room before we started. The client asked if we could give this braai room a new modern look. We jumped at the opportunity. The client chose the tiles, and we executed the job. We also added the meranti skirting to match the doors giving it a more uniform look, also changing the down lights to give it that fresh modern look.

On this project we had to fix the clients stoep. The foundation started to collapse separating the stoep from the wall and within a year or two the stock would have fallen over. We reinforced the stoep with concrete buttress. We resurfaced the stoep by removing the old and casting a new concrete slab. We added the wooden decking to make it more entertaining and appealing for family functions. To give it a homier feeling we also incorporated a quant braai area for the client in the in between the buttresses with a wash basin and granite working tops. This project took us 3 weeks.

This project certainly was one to remember, converting this 60-year-old septic tank into a water reservoir for the lovely new irrigation system. We fibre lined the inside of the septic tank. We channelled all the storm water into the septic tank with the WellPoint pump that takes the water from the septic tank to the irrigation tanks at the top of the property. The irrigation system is a Wi-Fi system that runs four stations in the garden. We completed this project in 2 weeks.
